Aluminium wire mesh ,Galvanized expanded metal mesh is a variety of

regular pattern (often diamond-shaped) of metal mesh-like material.

such as chicken wire, because the material is flattened, allowing
the metal to stay in one piece. The other benefit to expanded metal
is that the metal is never completely cut and reconnected, allowing
the material to retain its strength.
Galvanized Flattened Expanded Metal Mesh Process:
1) Expanded: Each expanded metal sheet is expanded in the regular
form and then passed through a cold rolled reducing mill. In this
process the length of the sheet is elongated - usually about 5% -
but the width of the sheet remains the same.
2) Flattened: The sheet is then sent through a leveler to maintain
its flatness.
3) Galvanized:Hot dip galvanized or elec-galvanized
